10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Registration for registered delegates who will be given name tags
2:00 p.m. Opening Protocol and Roll Call of the Nations
We want to encourage the delegates from all nations that are gathered to come wearing traditional dress and if possible displaying musical instruments from their nation to enter the Convention Centre in procession during Gathering Songs by Broken Walls Band.

2:30 p.m. MC Wally McKay, Grand Chief Emeritus of the Nishnawbe Aski Nation and Chief Organizer of the 1995 Sacred Assembly will introduce the following presenters:

Chief Samuel Knott of the Red Sucker Lake First Nation, original home of Elijah Harper and his father Pastor Alan B. Harper

1:00 p.m. Interlude music and introduction of Video Documentary of 1995 Sacred Assembly

10:00 a.m. Four monitors who have monitored discussions from previous day will present and get feedback on follow-up action for local chiefs, band council members and spiritual leaders in the communities to follow-up on Elijah Harper's vision as they return home, keeping in mind the statement in Elijah Harper's Reconciliation Proclamation that "we share an understanding that while change must take place at all levels of society, it must be rooted most firmly in the communities..."
